This Kyneton based group's top projects are weed control along the river (willows, blackberries and gorse), repairing the river walk path following flooding – currently 4 km long, and installing excellent interpretive signage. They are working in partnership with North Central Catchment Management Authority to remove willows. The group has been growing and planting the threatened Hairy Anchor Plant. They have regular planting days, including some with students from Kyneton Secondary College.

Carlsruhe Landcare group is very focused on the Carlsruhe township – mowing, gorse spraying and generally keeping it looking its best. The Campaspe river and Yelka Park are also a major focus of the group – its public land and the group has put walking paths, seats and interpretive signage up to showcase this wonderful asset. The group is currently focused on a biolink from the township to the Cobaw forest.
