The Gisborne Masters Football Club caters to individuals in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s who are looking for fun, fitness and friendship.
The club gathers at Sankey Reserve, Gisborne every Wednesday at 6:30pm – all year round. For those feeling energetic, there is training for around 60 minutes. Training is followed by a BBQ tea, with refreshments available from the licensed Bulldogs bar.

Woodend Football Club is supporting the efforts of football lovers aged over 35 who have established a Masters team.
Training is held at 6.30pm on Wednesday and Friday nights at Buffalo Stadium in Woodend during cricket season, and at Gilbert Gordon Oval during football season.
Anyone interested in playing is encouraged to join in, or even help out with training or game day roles.

1st Gisborne Scout Group has been in operation for nearly 100 years. they offer Rover Scouts for adults Ages 18-26.
Scouting provides boys and girls with fun and challenging opportunities for personal growth through a diverse range of activities that develop skills such as leadership, teamwork, problem-solving and communication. Scouts can take part in a variety of activities, ranging from the more ‘traditional’ scouting skills such as camping, hiking and bushcraft, right through to more extreme challenges such as abseiling, overnight hiking, rafting, canoeing, canyoning, snow activities, rock climbing, sailing… even flying!
