This program provides participants the opportunity to engage, meet new people and remain physically active in a supported environment. Programs include bus outings to regional and metro locations, lunch outings, shopping experiences, discussion groups and so much more. The groups run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (and every alternate Wednesday) from 9.30 am – 4.30 pm. There is a half-day session held in-house on Fridays for people with higher needs, specifically designed for people who have a carer who may need a break from their caring duties. There is a contributed cost for Commonwealth Home Support Programme clients of $12. Self-managed and Aged Care Package participants are welcome at a fee of $110 per session.
